I cut my brownie pieces rather large, but please feel free to cut them smaller. Brownies are also more convenient and easier to consume than desserts that need to be plated complete with utensils and napkins. Just arrange them on a platter, grab and go! Less mess=less stress. This recipe is one I picked up from another blog( I will post all information later) but I cheated and went the easy route since I wanted to feature a recipe that was easy enough for anybody to do.
Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix
1 1/2 cup Fresh Cranberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Grease pan and prep with parchment
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions
Fold in fresh Cranberries
Pour in mixture to pan
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Take brownie out of oven and pan and allow to cool
Cut and enjoy
Other variations(in place of Cranberries):
Any fruit that pairs well with dark chocolate!
